Eliška TOMALOVÁ

Dr Eliška Tomalová is Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. In her research and teaching activities, she focuses on soft power instruments, cultural diplomacy and branding in international relations and on Czech-French relations. She has been involved in research projects on nation branding strategies with the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on the international organizations’ agenda with the Czech Government Office. Eliška is also the Head of the European Studies Department at the Insitute of International Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague and Programme Director of the EPS (European Politics and Society) Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree.

She is lead author of the S4D4C case study “Water diplomacy and its future in the national, regional and European environments”, and contributed to several S4D4C events as a speaker.
