Network: Eureka and the GLOBALSTARS project

Eureka is a public network for international cooperation in R&D and innovation, present in over 45 countries. The network is an example of how science diplomacy is practiced and by whom. The Eureka network has a project “Globalstars” which is a programme with calls for projects (sometimes thematic) with countries outside of its network. Participants can benefit from collaboration with organisations working in a range of leading and emerging markets.
