The Global Young Academy (GYA) is an example of a global network bridging science, policy advice and international cooperation. In other words, it is an example of how science diplomacy is done. The GYA gives a voice to young scientists around the world and empowers young researchers to lead international, interdisciplinary, and inter-generational dialogue with the goal to make global decision making evidence-based and inclusive.
