The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, recognising the need to address diplomacy with a new perspective, has put forward a report on Scientific, Technological and Innovation Diplomacy. The report explains the international context that determines the importance of science, technology and innovation diplomacy and analyses the answers provided so far by Spain and its partners to these challenges. The report concludes with recommendations on how to go forward.
