The São Paulo School Of Advanced Science In Science Diplomacy And Innovation Diplomacy (InnSciD) provides a framework on how innovation diplomacy can be defined and which practices enhance its establishment within subnational and national domains as well as in regional realms. The framework was published in December 2019 and helps to understand the specific perspective of innovation.
